This upsets me deeply. I had to get up in the night and trim my toenails last night because they were long enough that I could feel them against the sheets.
Toenails grow much more slowly than fingernails for everyone.
That said, if my little toe nail grows out more than about 2mm, and the toes are sort of pressed together, it slits the neighbouring toe, and I’ll take my shoes off to see my sock absolutely drenched in blood. No thank you.

I can totally relate, I trim mine short and can’t stand when they grow out.
I can relate too, they scratch the back of my throat, can’t stand it. Ouch, owwie.
As a guy, I trim my toenails when my socks feel too small.
Or if it’s summertime and I need to go outside in sandals or something. Wouldn’t want to scratch anyone on accident.
Can’t relate, big toes don’t have nails, and the rest grow super slowly compared to my fingernails.
