It is like saying you can’t make a youtube video criticizing youtube.

Easy, just lie to companies and say it will drastically reduce labor costs, allowing them to put more in their own pockets. It has worked this far.

I think the root issue is more around the belief that US companies operate off of meritocracy.
I.E. only the most qualified and competent people make it to the top.
