That’s really the only right answer.
ICE is kidnapping people off the street and taking them to who knows where. Never again is right now and apparently we didn’t do a good enough job reminding people of what that means and how we got here. Any statue should serve to try and once again warn future generations of how to prevent these horrors.

Maybe something that reflects on all the loss. Dead from COVID, chaos from government programs shutting down, allies betrayed, and a mirror in the center that says something like “you did this”.

Just a regular statue, but it’s on a hinged platform so it can be a tourist attraction where you can line up to tear it down (and it resets for the next person).
It’s a free attraction, but there is a donation box with the proceeds going to help those whose lives were upended or destroyed by his regime.
