The question is, why are they are letting everybody know now? They know it won’t impact the overall drug trade in any way, as the vast majority of that is in shipping containers, it’s not on thousands of small fishing boats.

Why would they want to reduce boat traffic in the Caribbean? Who is this for? Someone is making money off of this somehow, I just know it.
