Hello depreciation!
Or would be if it wasn’t for all the market manipulation.

Oh no, they were off a year for something that happened 20 years ago!

For individuals there are things like police having qualified Immunity as individuals. So you can’t sue the police agency because of soverign immunity and the officer because of qualified immunity.
There are some limitations, but the bar is extremely high. Like you can sue an officer, but there has to be a massive mountain of evidence that their actions were not ‘doing their job’. There is no real chance of suing a SWAT team member for example, because they most likely have a warrant and expect violence to happen.
Government safety agencies shutting down businesses, newly formed potholes damaging cars, etc. are the common scenarios where the immunity makes some kind of sense because otherwise it would overwhelm the courts if every government action or lack of action could end up in court.
The bar is too high for a lot of those things though.

Why do people do things like rock climbing and other activities that have a high risk of injury or death when mistakes are made without being paid? Some people find dangerous stuff to be more enjoyable than less dangerous stuff.
Most dangerous jobs under capitalism are NOT well paid. People will do dangerous jobs for many reasons, but pay is rarely one of them.

Free registration is what custom email addressed with fake personal information are for, if you want those features.
In the office, never because that just isn’t an environment where I could doze off. Too many noises and distractions.
When working from home I will occasionally doze off on my 15 minute breaks with a timer set. Best way to take a quick break and I get way more done afterwards than I would tired.

Standalone movies should not get sequels because they covered the interesting parts of their setting and wrapped the whole thing up.

Being ‘in the works’ for over 10 years is development hell.

I think it is funny that Keanu is the lead in both movies, one where a bunch of data is shoved in his head and another where he is shoved into a bunch of data.

On my phone trying to log jnto office.com would give me a splash page to install the copilot app with no option to just use Outlook. Found out if you go directly to the app subdomain (outlook.office365.com) you could log in normally through the browser. Computer didn’t prompt for the copilot app of course, just the phone.
Wonder if that option will go away now. If so, I won’t be checking for scheduled meetings on my phone anymore.

Does being hopped up on ketamine counts as drunk?

I thought it was Office 365.
Oh well, guess they doubled down on stupid names.

It is such a plain form factor that figuring out what it does is going be be pretty difficult.
Was it plugged in somehow (looks like a micro USB socket), or just sitting loose in there?
If not plugged in to maintain a charge I wouldn’t expect the charge to last a very long time, which would indicate being placed there fairly recently.

An uprising from the country’s populace would probably be more welcome than the US invading and the president saying that the US is going to run Venezuela. Especially with the context of the US stealing Venezuela’s oil and saying they will take more.

I am comfortable expressing everything except frustration around women because it is misread as anger, even when flatly stated as “It is frustrating that this keeps happening” in a monotone voice.
Actual anger is received fine, because venting is fine. But frustration leads to anger or something. Pretty sure it is just reminding them of someone else who expressed frustration and then blew up in anger. Like the anticipation is worse than the actual thing.
I used to be more reserved about expressing positive feelings towards other men due to social conditioning, but I stopped caring a while back and tell all my buds I love them every once in a while.

No way!

My account isn’t actually deleted.

Hey cousin! Let’s go bowling!
Still the only GTA I finished because ths story was so much fun. And yes, I went bowling a lot.
In the past it has been a necessary evil for some games, but with the increased Linux support my plan is to switch as soon as I have backed up the files I need.
