No what I mean is the only crash involved was when they’re parked waiting at a red light and a car hit them from behind. Luckily no one was seriously hurt.

Indeed not much you can do. But a lot of accidents happen because people have “I have the right of way” attitude. Sure that’s true, and your insurance will pay out, but you’re still getting in that accident when you could have avoided it.
