I lived in a gated community from age 11 through moving out for college and it’s BS. All it does is make it difficult for people to visit. And I suppose you have to pay for an HOA but I was a kid and didn’t know about all that. My neighborhood was pretty diverse though.

Most of us are well aware of that. I live in a neighborhood with a pretty high Hispanic population. ICE was reported just a few blocks from my house on Thursday, zero trick-or-treaters on Friday. There are still a discouraging about of people saying they support Trump and what he’s doing on Nextdoor. I want to believe they’re bots.

Normally I would say teleportation or the ability to fly but in 2025 I think I could solve some big problems with mind control.
