I’ve dumped FF for Zen and Waterfox.

Zen’s only downside is that it can’t play some DRM media like some sports websites. Waterfox can, so I use it for that.

I wonder if Waterfox allows this. It’s MOSTLY Firefox but without going down the AI trash route.

Yeah, every time I have ever tried Gimp, attempting to do anything felt like someone had purposefully been contrarian and made every operation work in the hardest and most confusing way.

And someone may say, “well, you just have to learn it!” OK, sure. Or I can use something that makes much more sense from the jump like Affinity Photo. (Yes, I know you have to pay for it, but it’s worth it. Yes, I know not everyone has the money to do so.)

This reminds me that someone set up a donation link via actblue where donations via that link come with the message that she and her campaign should set up their own mastodon server.

They are up to $40,000 as I type this.

So if you were thinking of donating anyway, you can go through here to point that money to a “cause” you want her to consider. May not happen, but at least we might get it on their radar.

So 256GB for all those movies and games you’ll want to play on that long plane ride they keep showing as a way you’ll definitely use these.

I’m in the Apple ecosystem pretty hard, but we’ll really just have to see what rich folks do with this thing.
