  • 40 here, no, not at all, try to look after myself pretty well, train hard in the weights room 5 days a week, and 30 min zone 2 cardio 5-7 days a week. I still play vidya every day, try and always have a new thing I’m learning on the run. And I’ll hit some pretty serious music gig at least twice a month.
