So wait, because politicians from both large parties in America are shit and complicit in genocide, all Americans are assholes who don’t care about the outside world?
I think that those fleeing the country are more likely to be those who did not choose this shit. Like I am fleeing America because my life as a gay, Jewish, pro-Palestinian socialist is under threat. But I shouldn’t be allowed to be taken in by another country cuz I don’t care, right?
Just because Democrats and Republicans are both shit parties, pressuring your government to remove those fleeing for their lives is stupid, unempathetic and extremely hypocritical.
