Moderately attractive guy here. It’s absolutely a thing. I get all types of perks and people go out of their way to accommodate me. My wife is even more attractive than I am, she’s also black, and has experienced almost zero racism in her life, which I think is a result of her being disarmingly attractive.

To put it in perspective, she’s so good looking, conversations in a crowded room stop when she walks in.
