Some games just aren’t meant for you and thats okay. For example I spent a few hours playing civ enough to understand the experience it offers. I did not enjoy a single moment of its gameplay or strategy layers at any point. Apparently its a good enough game for many people to put hundreds/thousands of hours into and buy again every few years+dlc. I just didn’t pick up what it was putting down.

Ive always found it a little strange that the law and insurance companies and human society in general is hyperfocused with finding a scapegoat to blame and persecute. People die sometimes just because of shit happening outside of anyone’s control but we’ve gotta dig for someone to pin blame on. Someones parachute didn’t work right that day? Its the parachute makers or the safety inspectors or the airplane owners who are to blame and not random unavoidable small chance of statistical failure rates. Gotta sue sue sue!

No there is no way to definitively say whether the image you are looking at is AI generated. There are many tells like hands, background objects bleeding into each other, lighting shadows, and a general ‘vibe check’ is often good enough. But there is no secret watermark or pattern unique to all stable diffusion generated images or anything like that.

Yet another good idea in theory ruined by the human condition. Train people to think emails may be dangerous? Instead of critically examining each one they just ignore them to minimize risk by default. No amount of training will beat the cognative skills required for competent spam identification into most heads. Even if it could, some phising is so sophisticated in the social engineering it even tricks up cybersecurity types who should know better. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t from a company perspective.
