    This can mean two things at the same time:

    1. A racist white guy who poses as a black woman online to spread his opinions (the take most people seems to be getting).
    2. An actual black woman being tired of only talking about racism, triggering a so-called white ally to write a spicy comment (the kind of person who constantly gets offended on behalf of others).

      I’m not sure, but I think a black woman would still not write stuff like “strong black woman” or “we blacks”, which I think this comic is also making fun of.
