    We all know the rules. Cops do not need to be involved in this, as no law was broken. The only reason they are, is because of the camera. Surveillance state at work “protecting” us.

    If you find money on the ground, no wallet, there’s no way to know who it belongs to, so it’s yours.

    If you find a wallet on the ground, and it has an ID of any sort in it, then you should turn it in. Taking money out of the wallet is wrong, because it could potentially be returned to the owner.
