So on the basis that he’s Trump, I will assume the diagonal opposite is true: the US military is spent while their many enemies (not to mention false friends) are ready for more, there’s no deal on the table and possibly even no table, and Iran is presumably sprinting towards nuclear capabilities after they assassinated the new leader’s father and convincing them they need it after all.
