I guess if you’re asking about the metric “attitude” piefed has a neat feature that shows percentage of upvotes of total votes. So you upvote less than 1/8 posts/comments in the fediverse.
To paraphrase the old saying, if you downvote a bad post, you saw a bad post. If IOU down vote most of the posts you see, sounds like you’re unhappy or overly critical.
Not much I can do to make you more positive or happy, that sort of change’s gotta come from within.

Anyway, hope you find something that sparks joy! For what it’s worth, the simplest one I’ve found is babysitting for friends with kids. There’s something unbelievable about having a toddler yelling “Uncle MyBrainHurts” when they see you through the window.
