Based on their comments (belonging to post-USSR republic) they’re likely a young Baltic user who grew up mostly in capitalist Europe post-1990, and whose information comes from biased discourse modified by 35 years of anticommunist propaganda, which is extremely prevalent in Baltic countries, together with anti-Russian racism
