I recently tried torrent leech as my first private tracker and I’m not really happy with the experience. They discourage you from downloading older torrents (old, obscure stuff) due to it potentially tanking your ratio and it seems there’s limited content available.
They also encourage signing up for other paid services to get an invite which just kinda rubs me the wrong way.

What are you using vmware for? If it’s to run Windows to do something you can’t or would be very difficult to do in Linux then I definitely don’t think you deserve the downvotes here.
In any case I think it’s counterintuitive for people who are trying to promote Linux to be snarky about this. But I guess that’s probably always going to be part of the Linux community.

Pretty much. I saw an allergist recently and he said Benadryl doesn’t really help with allergies, but was like, “hey if it helps you sleep go for it.” ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Just fyi I never got ID’d in Japan and at the convenience stores etc, they just ask you to press a button on a touch screen that says you’re 20.
