The communists campaigned on “A vote for Hindenburg is a vote for Hitler is a vote for war”

Hindenburg won the election, getting more votes than either the communist or fascist candidates.

Hindenburg, the liberal candidate, then proceeded to make Hitler the chancellor and staff positions of power with nazis while purging the government of communists.

The nazis then barely had to do anything to assert complete control.

The nazis didn’t get in power because communists stayed home, they got into power because the liberals would rather work with fascists than communists.

You wanna know how credible any media is? Look at the receipts.

Where did they stand on Libya? Iraq? Afghanistan? Kosovo/Yugoslavia? Iraq the first time? Panama?

If the closest thing to criticism they did when it mattered was “maybe it could be done more competently”, they’re only free in the sense that they’re publishing what the state department wants for free.

Freedom to do what exactly? To spend half your income on rent and have no hope of anything better?

Good things and bad things are exactly the same. A justice system that enforces the will of the capitalists is exactly as bad as a justice system that enforces the will of the people.

The Israeli flag guy would think freedom means the freedom to exploit others.

It means you support capitalism, hence why “liberalization of the economy” means selling off public utilities, land, housing, and resources.
