3·7 months agosyncthing fom mobile direct sync to zfs mirror homeserver as soon as within home wlan. Same with PC files.
rclone sync via cron weekly to cloud server, encrypted.
security cams direct encrypted sync to zfs and cloud as soon as something is recorded.
13·8 months agoI just released the 6th patched router for friends to expand the network. In the area we use it its already available but using more router extends the range and network quality.
used GL.iNet GL-AR300M16-Ext routers btw
1·9 months agoI wrote two apps for android giving me access to health data of food, stored in a local database to work without net access.
Then I wrote a software to mass-balance rotors with many exchangeable blades. Also software to encode/decode hex strings containing certain formated data. Both for windows.
This happened sometimes several years inbetween. Scripting in bash, perl, php python for other computer and homecontrol stuff.
As a hobby programmer I tought programming myself. Coming from VB6 era (I know I know) I sticked to that type of language syntax, not spaghetti code though.
What I want to say is there is sometimes an idea and then stick to it and try to accomplish. Maybe its too complicated at first but then you learn until next time works out. Its a marathon not a sprint.
I do the same using rclone, partly encrypted partly just dump.
I use batch scripts ln cron_daily to start this
3·10 months agoI know that I don’t have the expertise to give any educated information but what directly came to my mind is:
Could the fact that we observe and measure the symetric behavior is influenced already because the matter around is matter and not anti-matter.
Would we observe something similar in direction of matter when all around is anti-matter?
Would the symetric only occour when none of the opposite would be around?
Not everywhere anymore.
Some years ago they had a person going around collecting and storing the trolleys. Then they switched to the coin thing, sparing staff.
Now I experience some already dropping that too. Just take and put it back in.
