But claiming MOST cops are good when not even half of them are. (Even his most tantamount predecessor Alfred Hitchcock feared the police, and for good reason too.)
Cops can’t change a light bulb. If the room is black, they just beat the shit out of it.
Then they arrest the bulb for being broke
They light it up with muzzle flashes.
