My Garuda Moca install has beef funky about the wifi drivers since October 2025. There’s just nothing there!

Yes.
If you dual boot, Windows will put the hardware in a zombie state. Linux won’t find the hardware. You need to boot to Windows, disable fast boot or whatever the hell they call it, and shutdown. Then it should work.
