It seems like something that should be remedied. The biggest problem for biographies is notability, but the potential incoming links take care of that nicely.

Of course, it would still need to be sourced and written, but I’m sure a competent writer can throw something basic together to get started with.

A license compatible photo would really be the cherry on top, but those are notoriously difficult to obtain.
