Beta or not, this was the actual promise. They made very specific claims with concrete dates. They lied. I didn’t get what they sold me. The first paragraph didn’t really seem to matter with regard to camo. The second one makes sense. If there were non-camo options for silent clothing, would you pick one over the other?

Right I’m just thinking of it with regard to deer hunting which afaik is the most popular type. Duck hunters, turkey hunters, sure… camo would help. But there’s so much “lifestyle gear” specifically depicting deer hunting which is all camo print.

Most of the hunters I know sit in a tree stand and chug Busch lights. So it’s basically a sniper nest. And they wear camo because… reasons?

Here’s the problem for Tesla: their “full self driving” doesn’t fucking work. I had it for years (first run model 3) and it was always 1 step forward, 1 back. Make one thing better, another gets worse. This was still the case when I dumped my 3 after The Salute. I never got what I paid for.

They’re clearly still in the same predicament, so instead they have “supervisors” remote-controlling the cars. Musk simply refuses to acknowledge this fact and keeps promising it indefinitely. And people keep believing it.

I just hate these soft-language bait headlines when reporting on scientific studies. If the article was “going from shitty fast food diet to plant-based shitty fast food diet results in statistically healthier outcomes”, that would be interesting and newsworthy. But the whole “doing this thing may affect other thing” allows the reader to apply their biases to whatever they’re reading.
