If I asked where the computer was an my client said in front of me I would just disconnect right there.
Everyone clowning OP but what possible correct answer is there to “where is the computer located”? Like what useful info is the agent going to get from that question, unless the user has it in like a full fish tank or something.
Or in a different room, or a friend’s house, I can see why they ask that question, some people are as dumbs as rocks
